I think the bottom line is this: serving others is the prerequisite to serving our customers. And serving our customers is the prerequisite to success.”

"My view is this: life is made up of relationships - relationships that depend of serving people's needs. The better we can serve, the stronger our relationships are. I don't think our business philosophy is rocket science. We simply believe that he who serves prospers. Really, serving customers involves serving other people. Giving our employees a decent wage or giving them training which increases their value are parts of the equation. Treating our suppliers with respect, working with them rather than "on them" are the sorts of things that make for excellent customer service."
